PestMotiv may use automated systems, campaign rules, call routing, human review, customer-service teams, and artificial-intelligence-assisted technology to process and distribute pest-control inquiries.

• Schedules an inspection or appointment.
• Receives an estimate or service consultation.
• Purchases or enrolls in pest-control services.
• Completes another action defined by a campaign agreement.

Compensation may include lead fees, call fees, referral fees, marketing fees, performance-based payments, placement fees, technology fees, campaign-management fees, revenue sharing, or other contractual compensation.

PestMotiv may also pay service providers, contact centers, technology vendors, publishers, advertising platforms, or other partners for traffic, software, calls, leads, communications, labor, or operational support.

You are not required to purchase services from a company merely because PestMotiv routed or referred your inquiry to that company.

Before authorizing pest-control work, consumers should independently:

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, participating companies are not employees, legal agents, franchisees, joint venturers, or representatives of LeadsMotiv or Motiv Brands, Inc. merely because they receive a PestMotiv inquiry.

Motiv Brands, Inc. does not control and does not guarantee:

• A provider’s availability or response time.
• A provider’s pricing or payment terms.
• The provider’s inspection or treatment recommendations.
• The effectiveness or duration of pest-control treatment.
• The provider’s warranties or retreatment policies.
• The conduct of the provider’s employees or contractors.
• The provider’s compliance with every applicable law.

Any final pest-control service agreement is generally between the consumer and the applicable service provider. LeadsMotiv and Motiv Brands, Inc. are not parties to that agreement unless one of them expressly signs the agreement as a party.

8. Changes to the Routing Network

The PestMotiv routing network may change over time. Participating companies may be added, removed, renamed, replaced, suspended, or assigned different roles as service territories, campaigns, technologies, contracts, provider capacity, and business needs change.
